In this period of confinement and borders closing , language courses abroad are unfortunately no longer an option! But why not take advantage of being locked up at home to learn or improve a foreign language?
At GAMA Study, we have several options for you and for a lot of languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Chinese … etc.)!
Language course via videoconference with a private teacher
We have already been working for several years with organisations specialised in teaching a language by videoconference. These are one-to-one courses with an appointed teacher, which will allow you to define the points that you want to improve and have very flexible schedules.
We have negotiated preferential rates and discounts with these organisations, so do not hesitate to contact us to enjoy these advantages!
Language course in group via videoconference with a language school
Language schools are closing one after the other but, good news, the majority of them now offering their services online. The lessons are structured in the same way and the quality of teaching is just as high as during the face-to-face lessons! Classes are done by videoconference, often with the Zoom platform.
Schools are cutting prices during the closed time! It is therefore a very good way to benefit from the expertise and know-how of high-quality language schools at a reduced price!
We work with schools all over the world, so wherever you are living, we can advise you a school that fits your time zone.

E-Learning Platforms
Another solution to improve a foreign language is “self-study”. We can offer you access to different platforms, whether to improve a particular language, or for a more specific purpose such as preparing for a language exam. We have, for exemple, a 30% discount on the GlobalExam platform!
Apps and other free solutions
For those on a limited budget, free solutions also exist.
For example, there are many free smartphone apps that allow you to improve your knowledge of foreign languages. The best known of course is Duolingo. But we can also cite Babel, HelloTalk or MemRise.
For French language, we also recommend the application of TV5 Monde, which is very well done and completely free.
Besides the apps, there is of course a huge amount of free content on the Internet. For example, for English language, we recommend the BBC Learning English site where you will find an impressive content of podcasts, press articles and other videos.
Finally, we advise everyone to watch series and other films in V.O. and with the subtitles in V.O. to force you to listen and read in the language you want to improve. You can also listen to podcasts and read news in a foreign language. With all the content the Internet has to offer, it would be a shame not to take advantage of it!
