English Courses for Adults
A highly trained team of teachers will create a dynamic and authentic in-class experience to help you improve your English language level – all from the comfort of your own home.
The Standard General English Course takes place every morning from Monday to Friday, leaving you free to join the Social Programme or study on the CES Online e-learning platform and in the Self- Access facilities every afternoon.
On the Combination Course, you will follow the Standard Course in the mornings and have two afternoons of private individual lessons. These are designed to meet your individual requirements and give you the perfect opportunity to work on specific language areas of your choice with your own teacher.
On the Intensive English Course, you will follow the same programme as the Standard Course in the mornings. You will also have afternoon classes, in which you will have the opportunity to improve your communicative proficiency through discussions, role-plays and topical debates.
Join hundreds of students who have achieved their target IELTS score with the CES IELTS Preparation Program. This program builds English grammar and vocabulary in the key tasks and topic areas that come up on the IELTS Test.
Cambridge Examination Courses at CES are designed to prepare students for one of the following Cambridge Examinations:
- First Certificate in English – FCE (B2 First)
- Certificate in Advanced English – CAE (C1 Advanced)
The CELTA course provides pre-service training for those who wish to enter the EFL profession.
This option is designed for students who wish to improve their communicative proficiency in a business environment. Students follow the same programme as the Standard Course in the mornings. You will also have afternoon classes focussing primarily on the specialised language of Business English.
This is a programme specifically focused on those who are young of heart and eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
The Work Experience programme is the ideal way for students to further improve their English language level while developing their professional skills. Through hands-on experience you will gain a greater understanding of the international business environment.
English Courses for Teenagers
The CES Virtual Junior Programme will be delivered over Zoom and features a blend of international group classes, self-study sessions and a social and cultural programme.
CES Dublin International Junior Summer School combines expert English language training with a full programme of sports, activities and cultural visits.
The Junior Super Intensive Programme offers students a more intensive English tuition experience. Each course is supported by its own syllabus and a published EFL course book.
The 2 week programme caters for all levels of rugby players where the focus of the programme is about skill development (passing / kicking / tackling), nutrition for rugby, tactics and above all, fun!
The CES Toronto Teen Activity Program and the World Class Hockey camp provide students with a great opportunity to improve both their English and their hockey skills. Both programs are full time.
This package combines English lessons at CES Toronto in the mornings with Tennis instruction at Bayview Village Tennis Club in the afternoon.
