English Courses for Adults
Log on from the comfort of your own home, meet your teacher and attend our online English Programme. The lessons on General English, Business English, Academic English, Vocabulary Development, IELTS, & TOEIC Skills, are available every week.
This course will focus on the main areas of language learning: reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
This course is a more intensive version of the Standard Course with extra special focus on fluency skills such as English speaking and English listening skills.
Designed to introduce the most common business topics: making a presentation, dealing with international customers, working on the telephone, dealing with a complaint, negotiating a contract or sale.
The Cambridge FCE (First Certificate Course) includes intensive language skills practice, examination techniques and tips from your teacher throughout the course.
Our Cambridge Advanced Course CAE, includes intensive practice, special attention on examination techniques and tips from your teacher throughout the course.
The school offers full-time IELTS Preparation Courses in Dublin all year, starting every Monday. The full-time IELTS courses provide 20 morning lessons per week. Integrating all four parts of the IELTS exam
A combination of the Standard Course – 20 lessons with 2, 5 or 10 individual (private) lessons per week. The individual lessons are taken during the afternoons, focusing on TOEIC Examination preparation.

Horner School City Residence is located only 5 mins (walking distance) from Horner School of English. The students can choose single bedrooms with private bathrooms or single bedrooms with shared bathrooms. It is also possible to reserve a large twin bedroom (double bed & single bed) with a private bathroom.
Baggot City Residence is located on Baggot Street in Dublin City Centre (2 minutes walk to Horner School). 20 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. A communal kitchen and a student TV & games room.
NEW purpose-built Dublin student residence building, located a short distance from DUBLIN CITY CENTRE with easy access to Horner School by LUAS tram. These modern student apartments all come with with single bedrooms, private en-suite bathrooms and a shared living room and kitchen for each apartment.
