Courses List
Italian Courses
The Standard Course is designed for those who want to learn Italian in the morning and discover Cagliari and Sardinia the rest of the time. It is a group course of 20 lessons, during which all basic language skills are taught and practiced. The course takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm, with a 25 minute break.
It is the ideal choice for those who want to combine a study and holiday experience.
The Standard Plus Course includes 4 group lessons a day plus 5 individual lessons per week. The group course is held Monday to Friday from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm, while individual lessons are held from Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 2:50.
The Standard Super Plus course includes 4 group lessons plus 2 individual lessons per day. The group course takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm, with a 25-minute break, while individual lessons take place from Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 3:40 pm. This is an intensive course that allows maximum learning thanks to a total immersion in the study of the Italian language.
The Duo course is the ideal choice for you if you are travelling with another person who has the same level of Italian.
With individual Italian lessons you have the opportunity to have a qualified native teacher at your full disposal.
The online Italian lessons via Skype are designed for those who want to learn Italian without travelling to Sardinia. You can use the lessons to improve your speaking, to improve your grammar, your writing, listening comprehension, vocabulary, to prepare for an exam or an interview.
In addition to the Standard Course, which is held from Monday to Friday from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm, you can do 4 weekly lessons of Sardinian history, tradition and culture.
In addition to the standard course, Monday to Friday from 9.15 to 1:00 pm, with a break of 25 minutes, you can do 4 lessons (Monday and Wednesday from 1:40 to 3:20) during which various literary subjects are studied through reading and analysis of texts by different Italian authors.
Accommodation
This is the ideal option if you want to really “experience” Italian family life. Having meals together, watching television and generally spending time with Italians is an enjoyable and effective way to get the most out of your time here. You will be given a key and you will be free to come and go as you please. You can choose to have just breakfast with the family, breakfast and dinner or breakfast, dinner and lunch. Sheets and towels are provided. Families are carefully chosen for their willingness to help their guests during their stay in Cagliari.
If you prefer to have more independence, you can stay in a room in a flat with other students or Italians and share the kitchen and bathroom.
You can choose between single and double rooms. The rooms are furnished with basic necessities. Sheets and towels are provided.
If you prefer to stay by yourself you can choose to stay in an independent apartment. This could suit you if you are coming alone or if you are travelling in a small group. Sheets and towels are provided.
If you want a more traditional place to stay, you can choose from a wide selection, from those offering basic services to deluxe options, all within walking distance or a short bus ride from the school.
