Adults Courses
To bridge the gap during these difficult times, Pintadera proposes OnLine lessons with an engaging, professional team. Teachers are ready for this new long-distance adventure so that you can continue learning with the same warmth and passion.
The lessons are normally divided into two parts with a different teacher guiding each segment. The first part emphasizes Italian grammar and structure. The second part focuses on the application and exercise of these linguistic rules in real life settings.
If Sardinia has stolen your heart and you’re here for longer, you’ll surely want to learn Italian so that you can appreciate fully what Sardinia and its people have to offer.
Courses take place in mini-groups of two to five people. Depending upon the time you have available, you can choose between two or three lessons a week.
AllegraMente is a course specifically created for Italy-lovers on vacation who want to acquaint themselves better with the people and town of Alghero while acquiring an introduction to the beautiful melodious language. It has proved to be a real winner as it enriches the joys of a holiday in Sardinia.
Individual Italian language lessons are tailored to the student’s needs and interests: during private tuition the teacher concentrates only on the student and his/her learning requirements.
The Certification of Italian as a Foreign Language (Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera or CILS) is a an officially recognized language certificate which certifies the linguistic competencies in Italian as a foreign language.
Pintadera offers a special CILS Package to prepare students for the CILS exam consisting of a combination of the Lingua group classes in the morning and 2 hours of CILS-specific tuition in the afternoon.
Junior Courses
The Teen Summer Camp combines stimulating and engaging Italian classes with a fun and varied program of supervised leisure, sport and cultural activities. Alghero is a small, safe town and there is lots to do for kids in the summer time. Students will become part of the local community while they learn to express themselves in Italian.
During the summer months, Pintadera offers Italian language tuition for children. Generally held in the late afternoon Uno, Due, Tre is available to children between the ages of 6 and 12. Simple vocabulary, notions and phrases are provided and practiced most often in the context of a game.
The lessons can take place outside the classroom, for example at the market to learn the names of food, fruit, vegetables.
This program organizes family-stays in homes with kids of the same age. Students have intensive Italian classes in the mornings and a varied afternoon cultural program in the afternoon to which their host families and peers are also invited.
